- The cityultima.com website is made available to you by CityUntold Limited , a limited company incorporated in England and Wales (Registration Number 06665140) .
CityUntold is the legal and beneficial owner of a wide range of intellectual property rights used in and relating to this website, including:
a)in the listings directory database ("the Database") which is accessible from this website;
b)in the design, text, graphics and other content of the web pages on this website, together with all domain names associated with those web pages;
- Copyrights to the site
The copyright ownership of this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, logos, software, trademarks, service marks and other material (the "Materials") are protected by copyright and other laws. The copyright is soley owned by CityUntold Limited as of July 2008.
- cityultima.com also contains data supplied by third parties, including:

Propriety Rights
- You own your Content. We claim no intellectual property rights over the Content you provide to the Services through your CU Account. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.
- You give CU permission to use your Content. By submitting any Content to the Site, you agree to grant CU and its users permission to access and use your Content. As such, you hereby grant to CUa non-exclusive, worldwide, assignable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to publish, use, reproduce, distribute, transmit, adapt, modify, create derivative of, provide user access to, publicly perform and publicly display, in every manner and medium now or hereafter known, any and all Content (in whole or in part) solely for the purpose for which such Content was submitted. This license shall be in effect for so long as such Content remains on the Site, and will terminate at the time you or cityultima.com removes such Content from the Site. - By accessing or using any part of the Website you agree to be bound by these conditions of use. If you do not wish to be bound by these conditions, do not access or use this Website.
- cityultima.com may change these conditions at any time without any notice to you. Please check these conditions from time to time for any changes. By continuing to use the Website you are deemed to have agreed to all updates to these conditions.
PERMITTED USE
Event Listings
Organisers are invited to post event or attraction information to the site, but are expected to bear in mind that cityultima.com is aimed at providing an information service to the general public including families.
Events and attractions must be open to the general public; whilst age restrictions may apply in certain cases for safety or legal reasons, entry must not be available only to members of clubs or otherwise.
Repetitive entries are not permitted.
Events or attractions of an X-rated, adult-only nature are not permitted.
Event entries must be kept up to date, especially in relation to cancellations or amendments to time or venue. (The system auto-deletes after the final date).
Content of entries must meet cityultima.com's standards of decency and taste. This means your entry and its wording must not:
- be likely to cause offence to or be an adverse influence on users of any age
- be racist or sexist, sexually explicit, provocative, offensive, blasphemous or abusive
- contain swear words or other language likely to offend
- promote or encourage unlawful, distasteful, or unsafe/dangerous activity
- breach anyone else’s copyright, or pretend to be from someone other than yourself
- be inaccurate, out-of-date, malicious, mischievous
- be written in anything other than straightforward English
- contain information which you are not properly and fully authorised to post

- The purpose of cityultima.com is to enable buyers and potential buyers (whether individuals or businesses) of goods and services to identify and communicate with sellers. You are allowed to use the Website and the results of any search made on the Website for this purpose unless such use is prohibited by paragraph 9 below.
