Highgate Woods

Many people enjoy the Highgate Woods every day for so many varied reasons, and since 1886 Highgate Woods has been a 70 acre area of ancient woodland in North London. It is an area of many events, home to a cricket club, adventure playground, common amongst joggers, and recently prehistoric flints have been found as well as pottery which has been recently excavated dating back to 50-100 AD.Highgate Woods lie next to the infamous Highgate Cemetery.
