Silat

Pencak Silat is the collective name given to the fighting arts of Indonesia, and across many other parts of South –East Asia, although the Indonesian versions are prefixed by the word Pencak, referring to the artistic side of the art, whereas Silat refers to the actually combative applications. Right across the archipelago there exist many hundreds of known forms of Silat and indigenous grappling and weapons styles, with many more still to be discovered.

Muay Thai - Learn the national sport of Thailand, Muay Thai, the toughest ring art in the world. You will be taught how to correctly use your knees, elbows, shins, and fists in explosive and destructive combinations. Also in this class you will taught many of the original Siamese battlefield arts such as Muay Boran and Muay Chaiy
